We ship within the United Kingdom and selected European countries. If checkout does not support your address, contact us and we’ll try to help.

Most orders dispatch within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, slight delays may occur — we’ll notify you by email if so.

4) Address rules
Please provide accurate addresses, access details and a reachable phone number. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or restricted areas without prior arrangement.
5) Tracking & delivery
- You’ll receive a tracking link by email once dispatched;
- If delivery fails, carriers may attempt again or offer a pickup option;
- Inspect parcels on receipt; note any visible damage with the courier and contact us promptly.
6) Customs & duties (international)
Recipients are responsible for local VAT/duties where applicable. Customs delays are outside our control.
7) Lost or delayed shipments
