Returns & Exchanges
1) Window for returns
You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging and resellable condition.
2) Non-returnable items
- Custom or personalised items (e.g., cut-to-length ribbons, branded materials);
- Open packs of fillers/tissue paper where the factory seal is broken;
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
3) Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If we made a mistake (wrong item, defect), we will cover reasonable return costs.
4) How to start a return
1) Email info@perfectonepacking.com with order number, reason, and photos if applicable.
2) Receive your RMA and warehouse address.
3) Pack items securely and share the return tracking number.
4) Once received and inspected, we’ll process a refund or exchange.

5) Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection (bank/processor timelines may vary).
6) Items damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with pictures of the outer box and contents. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
